These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aiconsultinghub.io (the "Site"), which is operated by AI Consulting Hub LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("AI Consulting Hub," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our services
We provide AI consulting, automation, software, website and training services. Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls over these Terms if they conflict. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding commitment to provide services.
Information only, no professional advice
Articles, guides, checklists, calculators, examples and other content on the Site are general information for educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, security or other professional advice, and they are not tailored to your situation. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any of it.
Results and case studies
Case studies, figures, estimates and savings calculations describe past projects or illustrative scenarios. They are not a promise or guarantee of results. Outcomes depend on your business, your data, your team and factors outside our control.
AI tools and outputs
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it and for how AI tools are used in your business. Many solutions rely on third-party platforms (for example, AI model providers, cloud hosting, phone and messaging services), and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing or performance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or harmful information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, text, graphics and downloadable resources are owned by AI Consulting Hub LLC or its licensors. You may use free resources for your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them without our written permission. Ownership of work we build for clients is set out in each client agreement.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and uses third-party services, such as scheduling, email and analytics tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Consulting Hub LLC and its members, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Consulting Hub LLC and its members, employees and contractors from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
